    Die Burg Stockenfels liegt auf einer bewaldeten Bergkuppe bei Marienthal.

    Castle Stockenfels: famous and notorious castle from the 13th century, which has most
    ghost stories of all German castles. Other Offers: all year guided tours of at least 10 persons by appointment; additionally at Castle Stockenfels: guided lantern tours to the castle in the evening, with medieval dinner or “Panscher” dinner (a Panscher is a kind of smuggler). “Castle Christmas” and “By Canoe to the Medieval Dinner”.

    Eintritt frei (freiwillige Spende für den Erhalt der Burganlage)

    Es gibt zwei Möglichkeiten:
    1. Von der Kreisstraße SAD 1 (Teublitz - Bruck) kommend über die Ortschaft Neubäu. Die letzten 800 m nur über Fußweg zu erreichen.
    2. Von Marienthal aus über den Fluss Regen übersetzen und einen steilen Fußweg bis zur Burgruine gehen.
