The owners Franziska Wagner & Christiane Kaufmann have made their dream come true in the small town of Ostercappeln on the Wiehengebirge with the organic market and adjoining café. When the weather is nice, the terrace is covered and guests spend their break on the large, sunny church square in Ostercappeln.

The menu includes sweet treats as well as savory snacks. The baked goods are wheat-free. The perennial favorite: the vegetarian pizza made from spelt flour. It makes your mouth water just looking at it. The Pusteblume also has something for the eye: The owners regularly invite local artists to exhibit their work in the café on the second floor. While you snack in the bistro, you can buy almost everything you need for your daily needs in the supermarket. On the first floor, you will find almost the entire range - from food to detergents and cleaning products to cosmetics. The Pusteblume is definitely worth a visit!
