49 years of flea markets in the center of Georgsmarienhütte!
Once again this year, there will be a lot of haggling just before the start of the summer vacations. On June 29, 2025, Georgsmarienhütte's city center will open its doors to all flea market lovers for the 48th time. From 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., a wide variety of goods will be changing hands.
Whether it's jewelry, toys, crockery, old records or the odd antique treasure - if you're looking for a real bargain, the "Rund ums Rathaus" flea market is the place to be. A total of over 700 traders set up their stalls, transforming the city center into one of the largest flea markets in the region.
As in previous years, registration takes place via the ticket service Nordwest-Ticket. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, with stalls allocated according to time. All interested parties can reserve their stands online or by telephone from the start of sales.
Start of registration
Online and by telephone: Ticket sales start on Monday, May 26, 2025, from 10 a.m. on the Nordwest-Ticket website or by telephone on 0421/ 36 36 36.
In the cultural office: Advance ticket sales will begin at the municipal cultural office on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, where tickets can be purchased during the town hall's opening hours. Please note: the cultural office is located at the address "Am Rathaus 12".
IMPORTANT for the reservation of flea market stands:
The advance sale of flea market stands went smoothly last year. At the beginning of the pre-sale, there may be a small waiting time, but usually all interested parties get a place at the flea market - even if it may not be the desired place.
Please avoid double bookings and a heavier load on the online portal by booking via several devices. We advise all interested parties who do not wish to have a specific stand location to secure a place after the first rush. In recent years, we have had remaining spaces on the following days.
