Moana is a hostess with a passion. And an Osnabrück native with heart and soul. After gastronomic stations in "la vie", in the "Kesselhaus", in the "Remarque" and with Andreas Caminada in Switzerland, back in the heart of Osnabrück. "For me, gastronomy means the most honest form of appreciation for the world around me. Hospitality. Pleasure. Society. Music", she sings.
Frederic is at home in the kitchen. Always looking for new combinations, flavours and surprises on the plate. A fixed menu?! No way. The fruit and vegetable garden and our regional suppliers provide the material, Frederic directs the cooking.
After working at "Walhalla", "Högers" in Bad Essen, "Wilde Triebe" in Sutthausen, "Kesselhaus", Thomas Bühner and "Barge" in Brussels, Frederic now works in his own kitchen in the middle of Osnabrück.
Food and wine go hand in hand here. A good dish is only made better by good wine - and vice versa. All our wines come from the Osnabrück Wine Cabinet next door. Each one selected with love - of course, also for at home.
