Everyone is probably familiar with this: the New Year has arrived and all the good resolutions have been made. Nevertheless, it is always difficult to stay true to these resolutions and keep them. It can cause stress if you don't manage to do this.

"Kick-Start into the New Year" allows you to take care of your resolutions.
Spend 2.5 days on the island of Juist and set your goals. Visualize what you want and develop clear steps to achieve it. Manifest your goal. Of course, we also plan enough time for relaxation! The quiet time on Juist is perfect for you to clear your head and dedicate yourself to your goals.
Procedure:
The course takes place twice. However, these are two separate courses.
Option 1:
- Friday, 17.01.:
- 18:30 - 20:00: Welcome evening
- Saturday, 18.01.:
- 09:00 - 12:30: Coaching
- 18:30 - 19:30: Bonus session relaxation
- Sunday, 19.01.:
