Mit dem ÖPNV: Der Panorama Tower liegt direkt an der Haltestelle Augustusplatz und ist mit den Straßenlinien 2, 4, 7, 8, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16 zu erreichen. Optional nur wenige Gehminuten von den Haltestellen Hauptbahnhof, Thomaskirche, Johannisplatz und Markt entfernt.
Mit dem PKW: Benutzung der umliegenden innerstädtischen Parkhäuser. Das nächstgelegenste Parkhaus ist das "Q-Park" am Augustusplatz.
