A colorful festival area with live music & culinary variety awaits guests directly on the beach in Schillig.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday the Friesenfestival opens its doors and looks forward to welcoming all visitors in the sunshine and a typical light breeze by the sea.

On Saturday the 19.During the race, runners can enjoy the soothing North Sea air and let their gaze wander along the Wadden Sea, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The route leads over sandy beaches, meadows and even the muddy seabed

Travel to Wilhelmshaven train station. From there, take bus 121 in the direction of Schillig. Get off at the Schillig terminus, from where the beach is just a few minutes' walk away.

By bus:
Bus route 121 runs regularly between Wilhelmshaven and Schillig.

By bike:
Schillig is well integrated into the regional cycle path network. There are bike racks near the beach.
