Watzmann-Hochkönig-Runde / Etappe 4

From the tourist information right on the main street and at the roundabout take the 2nd exit "Gemeindewerke/Rettungsdienste" (works/rescue services) into the Waldbahnstrasse, on this turn at the first left to the right over a former railway bridge, continue right past the Tennis Hall and tennis courts to the Zeller road. This is crossed at the Egglbrücke (bridge), then along the cycling trail continue to the right along Traun (river) until it meets a small service road with private parking. Turn left here over the Traunbrücke (bridge) and immediately turn right along a small watercourse, three small roads cross the golf course. At the end of the course, after a bridge begins the asphalt road which meets the Zeller road. Turn left and immediately after right, in the direction of „Infang/Rabenmoos.“ The asphalt road ends after 2 km and the trail follows along a beautiful forest road along the small River through the forest down to the farmsteads of Oberhausen. In addition to the picturesque farmsteads there is also a beautiful view of the Froschsee (lake) and the behind towering massif Gebirgstock. We are relatively comfortable, riding now left next to an asphalt road, past the Kesselalm (cabin) to Inzell. After Vorderbichl, the route enters to the left the Schmelzer Strasse (road) into the town. Turn left into the Trausteiner Strasse (street), at the bus station turn right through the underpass onto the Schwimmbadstrasse (street). At the swimming center, turn left into the Lärchenstraße, then turn right into Kreuzfeldstraße, and then left towards the Brenner, turn right Teisenberg. Down the mountain and the bottom turn left into the Adlgaßerstraße. The asphalt road runs then about 1.5 km to Adlgaß (Inn and parking). In Adlgaß (parking) straight towards (path n. 13) the Inzeller Höhe (1 km ascent), then continue straight on in the direction of Anger, following the signs. After about 3 km downhill, past the forest service cabin Kohlhäusl, we reach the parking lot Kohlhäusl. From here we continue along the asphalt road (slightly downhill, 3 km) to Anger. Shortly after the town sign Anger the route ledas right into the Scheiterstrasse and after 200 m turns right again into the Anger Strasse (road). From here follow the signposted cycle path via Aufham (2 km) to Piding (5 km), at the motorway before Piding ride under the Salzburg road by taking the bike path along the Pidinger Ache (stream). On this continue under the highway, up to the railway tracks, and again turn right to the railway crossing. Shortly after the railway crossing turn right down and continue straight through the Au, on a footbridge cross the river Saalach and then straight ahead across the plain, to the underpass of the Reichenhaller Straße. After the underpass, we cycle slightly to the left the road through the fields to Türk. After approx. 250 m, we turn left and drive towards Marzoll, with the Church and the striking Castle Marzoll straight ahead in our sights.
