The Perlsee is a recreational area for nature lovers

The Perlsee - an idyllic oasis of nature, a man-made artificial lake on the upper reaches of the Schwarzach, built for flood protection and energy production. The surface of the lake changes according to the water supply of the tributaries. In the case of low-water, a "lake of the lake" with an area of about 7 hectares is always present in the Perlsee, but the lake can be accumulated on more than 70 hectares.
With its varied offer, the Perlsee is also a true Eldorado for water sportsmen and recreation seekers.
