Please pay your bill on the day before your departure at the reception.
Interim payments and advance payments are possible, of course.
 
Breakfast
 
We surve you daily breakfast from 8.00 am till 10 am in our restaurant. Please notice that it is not allowed to take supplies.
With pleasure we make you a small lunch package for your daytrip.
 
Check out
 
On the day of departure, you can use the room till 11.00 am. Surely you can use our SPA even on that day for 15 €.
It is also possible to book a late check-out for 30 €. You can use the room till 7.00 pm.

 
 
Chemical cleaning

Please let us know till 9 am if there is something you want to get washed. Levy is by the reception.
 
Complaints
 
Of course something goes wrong sometimes, this does not belong of course to the intentions of our House.
If you are unhappy with a performance of our House you please inform us right away not at the end of your stay. Just so we can look into the matter as soon as possible and hopefully clean it up.
 
Cosmetic treatments
 
You can contact dates of various cosmetic treatments. Please note our wish Star programme in the hotel brochure. Bookings at the reception desk or at the reception of the Spa.
 
Dinner
 
We surve our dinner daily from 6.00 pm till 8.30 pm in our restaurant down stairs by the reception. Due your stay we constantly reserved you a table. In case of being the night out, please let us know by 4.00 pm.

Dogs

Guests with well-mannered and familiar hotel dogs are us very welcome.
Price: 10, 00 € per day without food. Please take consideration of the other guests.
In the new building, and in the swimming - pool and wellness area the dogs not allowed.
 
Electronic Devices
 
In Germany it is prohibited to use your own iron or a kettle. In case of needing one, please let the reception know. We will rent you a iron.
 
Emergency exit
 
Our House has safety staircases, emergency exits are marked. In case of emergency "remain calm"-
Do not use in the lift and leave the House as soon as possible.
First save your own life, we are insured for coming to damage items brought.
 
Entry by the night
 
Our House is equipped with a central locking system, your room key locks all the doors for you.
Also outside on the shortest path to reach your room.
Please ensure your room key.

You can always fax messages for home or in the company of

Flowers
 
We like to get you some flowers. Please contact the reception before 12.00 pm the day before. On Sundays and holidays, this is unfortunately not possible.

Individual garages are in limited numbers available. About 150 m from the House away. For this, we charge 6, 00€ per day.
