Our apartments are very generously designed and newly furnished - not only for families, but also for couples who take a break and enjoy the Lower Bavarian hospitality on vacation.
At the Wartner: luxury chalets at the National Park Bay. Forest As a national park partner, we also paid attention to local natural material in the construction of our chalets and redesigned an old tradition of wooden house construction.
Luxury completely different - with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open gallery with reading corner, open living room with tiled stove, private spa: infrared sauna and heated outdoor whirlpool.

Our very private tips - the small inns in the Bavarian Forest - the region that is still undiscovered in its honesty - the genuine hospitality - the people traditional & modern - the chalets and also the holiday apartments comfortably. I design everything the way I like it on vacation so that we can offer our guests a relaxing vacation. My herb garden, the Beeren-Nasch-Straße for young and old and the large orchard.
Very important for the Bavarians: the snack: We have the tips for the delicacies of the region for our guests: smoked, peppers, elderberry syrup, homemade jams, scorching tents ... and much more ..

Unsere Chalets sind im Erdgeschoß barrierfrei gestaletet, als auch die Terrassen um die Chalets.

Die Heimat der Chalets liegt in den liegt in einem kleinen niederbayerischen Dor . Das beschauliche Dorf liegt auf 650 m u. NN und ist zentral aber doch abseits der Zentren Bodenmais – Zwiesel – Bischofsmais. Schon bei der Einfahrt ins Dorf zeigt sich der Blick auf die Bergkette des Bay. Walds vom Enzian - Arber bis ins Nationalparkgebiet Rachel und Falkenstien.
Der Wartner Hof ist alt eingesessen – früher aktive Land und Forstwirtschaft und jetzt auch Gastgeber. Unsere Chalets und Chalet Suiten sind auf 3 Grundstücke verteilt – die Chalets auf ca 2000 qm Grundstück – das Refugium im Haupthaus ganz oben und die Ferienwohnungen im Ferienhaus Wartner. Alle sind ganz im Einklang mit der Region mit viel Holz – Stein – Glas und viel Grün gestaltet.
Ruhig und dennoch zentral gibt es viele Freizeit- und Urlaubsattraktionen. Sommer- und Wintersportmöglichkeiten sind in zahlreichster Form ebenso gegeben wie Familien- und Urlaubshighlights - für alle Sinne, für jeden Geschmack und jedes Familienmitglied gibt es eine breite Palette unterschiedlichster Möglichkeiten. Die Privatsphäre unserer Gäste ist uns wichtig und für Wünsche stehen wir immer gerne zur Verfügung. Urlaub für all`die jenigen die das Besondere lieben. Eine Auszeit für S´ich - ganz privat
